Redfern Properties

Redfern Properties was founded in 2005 by Jonathan and Catherine Culley. We are committed to designing, building, and developing innovative residential properties. We believe that all residences should be comfortable and efficient. And they should be conceived so as to hold their value over time. We are proud that many of the condominiums that we developed and sold in 2006-2007 have subsequently resold for higher prices, despite the economic malaise of 2008-2010.

About Jonathan

Jonathan brings a big picture sensibility to Redfern Properties projects. With a background in financial management and venture capital, he is extremely focused on cost and value, relative to the changing real estate market. Previously, Jonathan worked for Boeing Ventures. He holds an M.B.A. and an A.B., each from Duke University.

About Catherine

Catherine brings an attention to detail and a strong sense for style and design to Redfern Properties projects.  With a background in project management, Catherine sweats every detail, no matter how small.  Previously, Catherine founded and ran a successful event management company in Seattle.  She holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Virginia.
