An innovative conversion of an old apartment house resulted in 12 high-quality, in-town condominiums, with a full set of amenities, delivered at a price affordable to first-time buyers. With affordability as a key theme, creative solutions such as Ikea cabinetry and lighting, and reuse of existing doors and windows, became critical. The result was 12 highly functional, efficient condominiums that were extremely well received in the market.
